Ordering & Made to Order Policy
Each Lusso Living bed is individually handcrafted to order, ensuring that every detail reflects our dedication to craftsmanship and refinement. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations, modifications, or returns once production has begun.
Should an issue arise with your order, we encourage you to contact our team within 24 hours of purchase, and we will do our best to assist you. Lusso Living reserves the right to decline any order before dispatch, with a full refund issued where applicable.
Delivery & Missed Appointments
We take great care in ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery process, with all orders dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. Once your order is scheduled for delivery, you will be provided with a confirmed date.
To maintain the highest level of service, we kindly ask that you are available to receive your order at the agreed time. If a delivery is missed, the following charges apply:
First missed delivery: £30 rebooking fee.
Second missed delivery: £50 rebooking fee.
Third missed delivery: Order is cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
At present, we only deliver within the UK and are unable to facilitate international shipping.
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or road disruptions may occasionally cause delays. We will always keep you informed and work to resolve any issues swiftly.
Any damage sustained during delivery must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for a resolution. Claims made beyond this timeframe cannot be honoured.
What To Include In The T&C Document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much much more.
