Delivery Timeframes
At Lusso Living, we don’t rush perfection. Every bed is handcrafted with precision, ensuring the finest quality before it reaches you. While we work efficiently, we also take the time to ensure that every detail meets our exacting standards.
Standard Orders – Delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of purchase. This allows us to carry out final quality checks and coordinate with our trusted couriers for a smooth delivery experience.
Bespoke Orders – Fully customised pieces, including tailored headboard heights, take up to 2 weeks. This additional time ensures that your unique specifications are executed with absolute precision, resulting in a one-of-a-kind centrepiece for your space.

missed deliveries
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and while we strive to accommodate your schedule, each Lusso Living bed is made to order, and our deliveries are carefully planned. To ensure a seamless process, we highly recommend selecting a delivery slot that works best for you and ensuring someone is available to receive your order.
In the event of a missed delivery, the following charges apply:
First Rebooking – A £30 rescheduling fee applies. This covers the costs associated with re-coordinating logistics, ensuring that your bed is safely redelivered.
Second Rebooking – A £50 rescheduling fee applies. As each delivery slot is reserved specifically for you, multiple rebookings require additional resources, which is why we kindly ask for your cooperation in selecting an appropriate time.
To avoid these charges, we recommend carefully reviewing the available delivery slots and making arrangements for someone to be present. If any unforeseen circumstances arise, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
